  • 6 large tomatoes, diced
  • 2 large red onions, diced
  • 4 tablespoons fresh jalapeño, seeded and diced[2]
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Applebee's Pico de Gallo Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Allow the salsa to set in the refrigerator between 6 and 12 hours.[3]
  3. Serve with fresh tortilla chips.
