  • 1.25 ounces chili seasoning mix
  • 14.5 ounces light red kidney beans
  • 2 - 14.5 ounce cans diced tomatoes with onions

Bob Evans Chili Recipe

  1. In a medium saucepan, cook the sausage over medium heat until it is completely cooked.
  2. Add the chili seasoning, diced tomatoes, and kidney beans (with their juices) to the pan.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.[3]
  4. Ladle into six bowls and serve.

  • If you'd like to bulk up your chili, add crumbled bacon and ground beef to the slow cooker along with the sausage.[4]
