Turtle Cheesecake Brownies

A variation of Cheesecake Factory's caramel pecan turtle cheesecake

  • To fully emulate The Cheesecake Factory's presentation, fill a pastry bag with chocolate frosting. Then place a frosting rose at the outer edge of each piece of cheesecake.
  • For a faster chocolate crust, mix 1 cup crumbled chocolate graham crackers or chocolate sandwich cookies, 3/4 cup chopped pecans and 1/3 cup melted butter. Instead of making a brownie crust, press the cracker crust into the pan. No need to pre-bake before adding the filling.
