  1. Make the bread bowl according to the instructions on the Domino’s Bread Bowl recipe.

Chicken Alfredo Recipe

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and dredge them in flour.
  2. In a skillet on medium heat, heat 4 tablespoons of oil and place floured chicken into the pan; brown for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Lower the heat to medium-low heat and continue until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Place chicken on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
  3. In a saucepan, make a roux by melting butter in the saucepan. Then add flour.
  4. Stir the roux with a whisk until the butter/flour mixture becomes golden brown. Add the crushed garlic to the roux and stir for 1 minute.
  5. Pour the cream gradually into the saucepan, and whisk continuously until the sauce begins to thicken.
  6. Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, and white pepper to the sauce; Stir until all ingredients are well-blended.

Bread Bowl Recipe

  1. Place the bread bowls on a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken and pasta. Toss with 2 cups of alfredo sauce.
  3. Spoon 1 ½ cups of chicken and pasta into each bread bowl.
  4. Ladle ¼ cup sauce on top of each bread bowl and sprinkle with Asiago cheese.
  5. Place in the oven and cook for approximately 10 minutes, until the sauce is bubble and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
