Joe's Crab Shack Crazy-Good Crab Dip Ingredients

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp Lowry's seasoned salt[3]
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tbsp. green pepper
  • 1 Roma tomato tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese[4]
  • 12 ounces can blue swimming crab meat
  • 1/4 cup boiled shrimp
  • 2 green onion stalks
  • Fresh parsley

Joe's Crab Shack Crazy-Good Crab Dip Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Dice green peppers, tomatoes and green onions, then set aside.
  3. Peel and chop boiled shrimp.
  4. Place cream cheese, sour cream, butter and mayonnaise into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  5. Add seasoning salt, onion powder and smoked paprika into the bowl.
  6. Stir gently to incorporate the spices.
  7. Drain can(s) of crab meat and place into the bowl.
  8. Add chopped green peppers, tomatoes, shrimp and green onions to the mixture.
  9. Stir until ingredients are evenly distributed.
  10. Transfer mixture into a shallow baking dish.
  11. Sprinkle the mixture liberally with mozzarella cheese.
  12. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.[5]
  13. Remove, then serve immediately.
