Panera Caesar Salad

The basic Panera Caesar salad recipe found on the restaurant's menu is the chain's recreation of a classic salad combination. The salad mixes romaine lettuce with Asiago-Parmesan cheese and tops it with the chain's fresh Caesar dressing. Panera's version of the salad features homemade Asiago cheese croutons. While the Panera Caesar salad is great in the restaurant, it may be more economical to prepare it at home.

Panera is a chain of restaurants in the "fast-casual" space that has a menu filled with a wide range of salads, soups and sandwiches. The fresh-based concept allows home cooks a good basis for recreating healthy, yet flavorful salad options.
