Panera Chicken Noodle Soup Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts[2]
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 2 cups celery[3]
  • 2 cups carrots
  • 2 cups onion[4]
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. ginger powder
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup egg noodles
  • Olive oil

Panera Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

  1. Slice onions, carrots, and celery.
  2. Place sufficient olive oil in the bottom of a Dutch oven to lightly cover.
  3. Saute onions, carrots and celery for a few minutes.
  4. Add water, bullion, spices and broth to the pot and bring to a boil.
  5. Lower temperature to a simmer and cover pot.
  6. Cook egg noodles in a separate pot according to package directions.
  7. Drain noodles well, then add to the pot.
  8. Serve soup hot and garnish with parsley if desired.
