Panera Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Ingredients

  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup chicken
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Asiago Parmesan blend[2]
  • 1/4 cup Asiago croutons
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing[3]

Panera Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad Recipe

  1. Clean Romaine lettuce.
  2. Spin lettuce to remove excess water, or blot with paper towels.
  3. Place lettuce in a large bowl.
  4. Slice chicken into strips and place into a small bowl.
  5. Add lemon juice to the chicken and stir.
  6. Allow chicken to marinate in the lemon juice for 5 minutes.
  7. Add black pepper and salt to the chicken mixture and stir.
  8. Grill chicken strips.
  9. Place grilled chicken on top of the Romaine lettuce.
  10. Add Asiago Parmesan blend, then toss.
  11. Add tomatoes and red onions on top of the salad.
  12. Pour Caesar dressing lightly over the top of the salad.
  13. Top salad with Asiago croutons.[4]
  14. Place into salad bowl, then serve with a large slice of freshly baked bread.
