  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 teaspoon corn syrup

Texas Roadhouse Cinnamon Butter Recipe

  1. Place one cup of butter in a medium-sized bowl. Allow the butter to warm to room temperature so that it is moldable and easier to stir.
  2. Measure one teaspoon of cinnamon, one-third cup of sweetened condensed milk and one-third teaspoon of corn syrup and add it to the bowl.[2]
  3. Stir with a spatula or spoon until all ingredients are well-mixed and it takes on a frothy texture. If you are having trouble getting a creamy texture, consider whipping more air into the mix with a blender.[3]
  4. Serve the cinnamon butter at room temperature.


Recreating the Texas Roadhouse cinnamon butter flavor can be accomplished through a variety of ingredients. Cooks can use a mixture of honey, confectioners sugar, cinnamon and butter instead of oil and sweetneed condensed milk.[4] The results are quite similar, so using ingredients already on hand is the most economical method.
