Genghis Grill provides healthy meals with the experience of a live dinner preparation show. Meals are cooked on a round, large grill.[1] Diners select raw ingredients that are handed to a grill chef who prepares the dish right at the diners' tables. If customers prefer not to receive the live show, they take a number and wait for their meal to be delivered to their tables. Health information and ingredients for suggested bowl combinations and recipes are provided on the restaurant's website as well as on printed cards at each restaurant.[2]

  5. Drain the bean sprouts and the water chestnuts.

  13. Stir fry the mixture until the vegetables are crisp-tender, 3 to 4 minutes.

  • Genghis Grill's Special Fried Rice Bowl is suitable for any meal. The recipe listed is designed for one dinner or hearty lunch serving. For a lighter meal, reduce the amounts. For a large party, increase the amounts, but be careful not to overfill your wok. If necessary, cook multiple servings separately.
  • If you don't have bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, or green beans, you can use just about any vegetable in this stir-fry. Try adding some leftover vegetables from last night's dinner to this dish for a unique taste.[7]
  • Since woks cook at a very high temperature, it's best to use a cooking oil that doesn't smoke at a low temperature. Some of the best cooking oils include peanut oil, grapeseed oil, and canola oil.[8]
