With this Starbucks Salted Caramel Mocha recipe, you can make your own salty-sweet coffee drink at home. The recipe is fairly quick and easy, especially if you have Starbucks syrups on hand. Starbucks Salted Caramel Mocha Ingredients

  • 6 ounces of freshly-brewed coffee[2]
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons toffee nut syrup[3]
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa[3]
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons of whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
  • 1 dash of sea salt[4]

Starbucks Salted Caramel Mocha Recipe

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until warm.
  2. Mix in the unsweetened cocoa and the sugar.
  3. Cook for a few minutes on low until mixture thickens.
  4. Steam the milk until it becomes frothy.
  5. Pour the toffee nut and chocolate sauce into a tall glass.
  6. Carefully add the steamed milk to the glass, reserving the froth on top by holding it back with a spoon.
  7. Stir to combine the syrups and steamed milk.
  8. Pour the espresso into the cup, and then top it with the remaining milk froth.[4]
  9. Stir well.
  10. Top with whipped cream.[2]
  11. Drizzle with caramel sauce and a sprinkling of sea salt.

If you do not own an espresso machine, you can steam milk in a microwave using this tutorial.
